The most important part of your day, is that morning stretch. After having a good nights rest, rejuvenate. Start your day with a routine. Do not let the first thing you do when you wake-up, be going straight to the shower or brushing your teeth. Sit up, stretch, breathe. Your body is going to love you for it. Whether your in need of maintaining a healthy diet, to taking daily vitamins. Having a good nights rest, and an eye opening morning with stretching will bring you to a peaceful state, that will prepare your mind, body and soul for what ever day that lays ahead.
